Robert is the ESG Director at Abris, responsible for developing a comprehensive responsible investment policy and non-financial risks.

He has 11 years of experience in sustainability, non-financial reporting, responsible investment, CSR, human rights, compliance, anti-fraud and business ethics advisory. He has deep knowledge and experience in sustainability standards and guidelines such as the PRI, United Nations Global Compact, OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, ISO26000, AA1000APS, SMETA, BSCI and SA8000.

Prior to joining Abris, Robert worked at EY Business Integrity and Corporate Compliance (FIDS) and was a member of the Climate Change and Sustainability Services team. He was also CSR Project Manager at Crido Business Consulting. Earlier Robert, as CSR Manager at Grupa Zywiec, introduced Grupa Zywiec on the Respect Index - an index of socially responsible companies on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Robert was a member of the government team on Corporate Social Responsibility, an advisory board to the Polish Prime Minister and he was a Chairman of the Working Group on Responsible Investment.

Robert, in cooperation with the Polish Association of Listed Companies and Global Engagement Services, has analysed the level of non-financial reporting risks of listed companies over the last six years.

Robert is an author and co-author of the publications on SRI, among others: Guidelines for Investors in the Scope of Responsible Investing; Building Goodwill by Reporting Non-Financial Data; Guidance for Companies on the Disclosure of Non-Financial Data.

Robert holds a PhD degree in Business Ethics and Human Rights from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw.
