Wojtek is Partner in Warsaw office, and joined Abris Capital Partners in 2012. He was responsible for Abris’ investment in Novago, a waste management company. Currently, as Chairman of the Supervisory Board Member is responsible for investment in Graal, a leading fish processing company in CEE. Wojtek’s focus is on the private transactions - family businesses looking for growth and public transactions – such as public to private, in various industries including: consumer goods and production, industrial products and services, energy and waste, infrastructure and agriculture.
Prior to Abris, Wojtek worked for 12 years in investment banking, including 6 years with independent corporate finance boutique Lasanoz Finance and 6 years with Access (Rothschild’s joint venture in Poland) and later UniCredit Group. There, he worked on a number of M&A transactions across Europe covering infrastructure, energy, media and telecom, industrials and financial services.
Wojtek is a graduate of, and has Master Degree, from Independent University of Business and Administration in Warsaw in Finance & Banking and Accountancy, and a postgraduate degree from Warsaw School of Economics in Companies’ Value Creation. He also completed executive education from Oxford University Said Business School – Private Equity programme.
